SARIC defines itself as a major player in the design and manufacture of thermoplastic parts and sub-assemblies by different processes such as Thermoforming, Machining, Folding, Forming, Assembly of complete functions (Plug & Play) and Paint Application. Accompaniment of customers from product design to the delivery of complete functions.

What actions are you implementing for sustainable development?

Use of material plates with a regenerated underlay from our material scraps (setting up of partnerships with our plate extruders).

We are ISO 14001 certified and have obtained the MORE label (MObiliser pour REcycler) issued by the plastics industry federation following the use of regenerated plastics in our production. We place efficiency at the heart of our objectives in order to consume only what is necessary in terms of materials and energy resources.

How do you see the evolution of your profession?

Our business is defined as "Technico-economic solutions provider" in relation to market needs.

This means working upstream with materials manufacturers to offer our customers ever more innovative materials (bio-polymers, highly resilient materials, ....), industrially developing new manufacturing processes (thermo-compression, thermoforming of solid surfaces, etc.) and accompanying our customers from the product design phase to the delivery of complete functions.

Where are your markets located (geography)?

86% French market, 12% European market and 2% North America

What are your outstanding innovations?

Substitution of composite (or sheet metal) functions by thermoformed assemblies for the railway, vehicle, agricultural and lifting machinery, medical, energy and sanitary markets.
