Transformation of thermoplastic materials by injection using a fleet of 24 presses (from 30 to 350T), 2/3 of which are 100% electric.
Solidworks (including injection simulation, elastic deformation simulation and PDM)
2 3D printers
1 lab for testing and control of materials
Know-How / Specialty in the activity:
Very long experience in moulding TPEs including POLYURETHANE (200 T per year).
Very long experience in the design of dynamic sealing systems (hydraulic cylinder seals).
Development of complex technical parts in conjunction with our customers' R&D departments.
Main Markets :
Industry, Medical, Construction etc.
95% of the turnover is realized in export (mainly in Northern Europe, but also to the US and China to a lesser extent).
Objective:
To broaden our fields of activity by relying on the acquired competences which we make available to our customers who will thus be able to benefit from them for their next developments.
