Olivier Arrault is a setter and team leader at Allflex. The company manufactures plastic parts for animal identification.

As early as middle school, Olivier Arrault knew that he would be more at ease in technical studies than in general studies. "I needed something concrete and there was a lot of interest in the plastics industry," he recalls. Originally from Le Mans, he chose to do a second year of technical studies in automated production systems. He went on to earn a technician's certificate in plastics processing, followed by a BTS. The training exists indeed in his city.
