Interview with Benvic and Myral for the development of recycled material seals
We met the Benvic company in the premises of their customer Myral.
Through this interview, discover how they developed gaskets made of recycled material.

What material was used?
It is a rigid PVC-U compound stabilized CaZn in white color.
It contains 20% recycled PVC (from PVC carpentry) in the form of granules and incorporated in line.
Have you encountered any difficulties in integrating recycled material?
No, we have not encountered any problems with the incorporation of recycled material because our production line is equipped with suitable dosing devices.
How was this PVC recycled?
The origin of the recycled material comes from PVC carpentry production scraps or from the recovery of PVC carpentry at the end of its life. These scraps are crushed, filtered and regranulated by PVC recyclers.
