FARREL POMINI® is a global leader in the research, design, and manufacture of compounding systems covering an extensive range of processing applications.

Farrel introduced the FCM™, Farrel Continuous Mixer in 1963 and later, the innovative CP Series II™ Compact Processor. Continuous mixers provide production ranges from 30 kg/h to 40,000 kg/h. Key applications include: rigid & flexible PVC, flooring compounds, flame retardants, biodegradable plastics & recycled materials as well as highly filled, white & black masterbatch, petrochemical finishing. Recent developments include a rigid PVC processing solution that eliminates costly secondary processing equipment as well as a direct to deck board alternative that eliminates the preliminary pellet milling step.

FARREL POMINI® provides a mechanical recycling solution that integrates several enhancements to its continuous mixing platform, addressing numerous processing challenges associated with diverse recycled feedstocks. In addition, FARREL POMINI® is active in chemical recycling, where the FCM™ is utilized for the thermal degradation step in the pyrolysis of end-of-life tires as part of the WF RECYCLE-TECH patented system, and also serves as an essential component in the Lummus Technology pyrolysis process for recycling PE and PP flexible film packaging.

Alongside equipment, FARREL POMINI® offers a complete portfolio of aftermarket and consultation services including genuine spare parts, technical services to oversee machine start-ups and commissioning ensuring fast, proper installation as well as support throughout the lifecycle of your equipment. Remanufacturing and repair services that restore your equipment to its original productivity specifications.
