Extrusion Blow Molding: Innovation GWDS: savings in material and energy consumption, increase in production rates and part quality

GWDS technology, developed and patented by Dr. Groß, is the first solution suitable for all kind of hollow parts that improves quality of blown products while also reducing its weight. 
It dynamically regulates wall thickness around the entire circumference of the parison, even for small bottles or hollow bodies. It can be adapted to all types of containers because, unlike the PWDS solution, which can only be used on large parts, there are no restrictions on the diameter of the die. 
As a result, material distribution around the periphery of the wall of small items is possible with GWDS technology, which accepts die diameters of less than 50 mm. Amortization time are wide under 1 year.
