Cryogenic cleaning solution for extrusion screws and extrusion equipment

Cold Jet France presents an industrial cryogenic cleaning solution dedicated to extrusion screws and extrusion equipment, designed to meet the challenges of maintenance, performance and durability in the plastics industry.

This solution allows efficient cleaning of extrusion screws, dies, ducts, calibration rings, cooling components and other critical equipment in extrusion lines. It is particularly suitable for the removal of polymer residues, carbonized depositis, waxy fouling and other contaminations likely to alter production quality and equipment performance.

Unlike traditional cleaning methods, which are often long, abrasive or require the use of solvents, secondary residue. It allows deep cleaning while preserving surfaces and components, which helps to extend the life of equipment and secure maintenance operations. For the extrusion industry, this technology represents a concrete lever to reduce dowtime, speed up maintenance operations and improve production continuity. Its core lies in a dedicated pre-treatment unit, which dehumidifies and densifies the material before extrusion, and a two-stage tandem configuration, combined with advanced filtration and ventilation systems.

Designed as a complete solution "from bales to pellets", the RPO line integrates with the AMUT sorting and washing systems and relies on centralized software supervision, able to adapt in real time the production parameters to the characteristics of the material. This integrated approach significantly reduces energy consumption, improves process stability and ensures high end quality.
